"I have had previous injuries to my neck, so chronic pain, pinched nerves or muscle spasms often happen. During a recent hike at Smith Rock, I slipped down a scaly portion of the trail, making my head whip back and instantly inflamed. As a recommendation, I went to Dr. Smoot.
